Timeless Divas! was conceptualized and created by Producers Sandi Durell and Shari Upbin. It was originally initiated as a Series featuring the wonderful women over 40 in Cabaret, Theater and Songwriting. The concept was supported by many talented, savvy professionals who lent their names and talent to the Series which also donated a portion of its proceeds to such charities as Gods Love We Deliver, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Phyllis Newman's Women_s Health Initiative of the Actor's Fund, Dress for Success, United Negro College Fund. The concept became an instant success and soon included the DivOs (the marvelous males over 40).

It was evident that the show had to progress to an on-going revue and did just that with 'Timeless Divas! Songs of the Silver Screen' (currently entitled "Timeless Divas Goes Hollywood"). It further progressed with the creation and inclusion of two additional revues "Timeless Divas on Broadway" and "Dames in Divaland." What better way to celebrate Timelessness and a tribute to the Divas and DivOs of the Silver Screen and Broadway stage other than to perform the wealth of beautiful music that will always remain a part of our great history!
